Returns & Replacements

We Offer a No Quibble 30 days returns policy for goods no longer required Please get in touch with us first before returning any goods. If you are outside this period, we may make special arrangements with you to either help you sell it on by giving you data or charge you a re-stocking fee at the discretion of our staff. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped exactly as received. You're responsible for all postage costs when returning an item that is no longer required. If unwanted goods are not returned in original packaging, or the goods have been returned damaged, used or amended, returns will not be accepted. If we do get your item back damaged when an item is no longer required, you are liable to claim from the courier you used to send the goods with. We are happy to help you with this process. You must include a copy of your full name as it appears on your order, your order number (which will be in your confirmation e-mail) and the reason for return when returning goods, as failure to do this will result in a delayed returns process. If you’re unsure what your order number is, your delivery postcode will do! We will always try to find your sale but if we have no information it's like finding a needle in a haystack. Return goods to the following address please: Love is ltd, Unit 12, Stafford Park 12, Telford TF3 3BJ (please note this is a warehouse facility, and visitors are only permitted if arranged prior). If you’ve receive an item damaged, your item has become faulty or you've received the wrong order, please send us a e-mail to [email protected] and we will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund with the intention of sending you a returns label to send the order back to us. If an item has not been called for, or you haven't given us sufficient address details and consequently the item has been returned back to us, we will need to charge a fee or a refund deduction between £3.95-£6.95 depending on the courier used.
